In order to ensure safety and stability during the National Day and the Fair and to implement safety production, on the afternoon of 23 September 2020, Zhang Ningyong, Secretary of Party Committee of Pujiang Town, led the leaders of the Safety Supervision Office, Enterprise Service Centre and Du Xing Police Station to visit Qishi Park and guide the work. Fang Qi Zhong, Chairman of Qishi Park, Zhu Biao, Deputy General Manager, and Liu Junwei, Deputy General Manager, participated in accompanying the visit.

　　As one of the key enterprises of Shanghai anti-epidemic, Mr. Zhang Ningyong, Secretary of Party Committee of Pujiang Town, took the lead to visit Jiabo Litong and visited the production area, honor exhibition area, anti-epidemic history exhibition area, sample exhibition area and demonstration room of intelligent personnel integrated management system in clean area. Mr. Ke Xin, Chairman of Gabelitong, introduced the company's development profile, product features and applications, honorary certificates, product patents, etc. The leaders expressed their recognition and affirmation of Gaplestone's insistence on independent research and development and technological innovation, and their confidence in the advancedness and intelligence of the clean zone intelligent personnel management and access control system. 　　Kish Park held a seminar for enterprises and invited representatives from four enterprises to attend, namely Ke Xin, Chairman of Shanghai Jiabalitong Technology Co Ltd, Xing Jiajun, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Heke Equipment Manufacturing Co Ltd, Huang Xiaomin, General Manager of Shanghai Rui Zhi Medical Equipment Co Ltd and Sun Yong, General Manager of Shanghai Junbo Composite Material Technology Co Ltd.

　　At the meeting, Zhang Ningyong, Party Secretary of Pujiang Town, firstly delivered a speech, expressing his approval of the safety and security work of the park by inspecting the safety operation and implementation of the enterprises in the park on site. There is no trivial matter in safety production, prevent the slightest thing and grasp every detail. The park shows a flourishing development and the government will continue to do a good job in providing services. We are now exchanging views on the difficulties encountered by the enterprises and suggestions on the work of the government.

　　Fang Qi Zhong, Chairman of Kish Park, said that in the environment of this year's epidemic, the Park's current tax revenue has increased slightly over the same period, reflecting the vitality of the Park's enterprises and their potential for growth. The park has always attached great importance to safety and a team has been set up for this purpose to take care of safety matters. We will improve on any shortcomings to ensure the safe and stable operation of the park.
　　Nearly 200 incubatees and innovative SMEs are currently housed in the Park. The Park will subsequently improve its investment system and service system to maximise its potential and attract more companies to move in. More support should be given to the existing potential enterprises. The four enterprises participating in the meeting are currently developing well, and among them, Garber's outstanding anti-epidemic performance has been commended by the district and municipal governments.

　　The participating entrepreneurs made speeches on the development status of their respective enterprises, existing obstacles and future trends, with the common problems being site issues, taxation and talent resources. First, with the rapid development of enterprises, the existing scale can no longer meet the needs of development, and there is an urgent need to expand the scale and increase production capacity. The park is currently unable to meet the needs of the enterprises. Secondly, in order to further reduce the burden and incentive for enterprises, we hope to reduce taxation, and the reduced costs can be invested in R&D and production expenses. Third, how to attract talent and retain talent. The development prospect of the enterprise, the environment in which the enterprise is located, and the infrastructure around the enterprise are all comprehensive factors in attracting and retaining talents.

　　Mr. Ke Xin, Chairman of Jiabo Litong, expressed his gratitude to the Party Committee of Pujiang Township for visiting the park and Jiabo Litong. Regarding this year's anti-epidemic event, we thank the government for its trust and support. 　　At the end of the meeting, the Chairman of Qishi Park, Fang Qi Zhong, and the Party Secretary of Pujiang Town, Zhang Ningyong, both expressed their expectations for the development of Pujiang Town, hoping that the local government would do a good job of rational planning and make full use of the established resources to play an important role. They hoped that the local government would create a good business environment, strengthen support for enterprises, set up a platform to attract investment, and at the same time tap the potential of existing enterprises, take the road of technological innovation and development, and lead the development and upgrading of new industries.
