Ordinary work clothes generally use strong alkaline washing powder to rub and clean, the stains on the surface of the clothing (such as oil stains, pen traces, etc.) clean. 1, anti-static clothes need to use special detergent (non-ionic surface active detergent), PH between 7~10, neutral, will not destroy the internal fiber structure of clothing, to strengthen and protect it.
2, it is recommended to use professional anti-static washing machine (isolation cleaning washing machine, filter purification dryer), can not rely on brute force for rubbing, cleaning water can not use tap water, generally use softened water (secondary reverse osmosis RO water, 18 MΩEDI ultra-pure water system), by professionally trained staff in accordance with the standard process.
3. In addition to cleaning, the performance of antistatic clothing should be tested regularly to monitor whether its antistatic and dustproof performance is degraded.
Generally speaking, anti-static clothing is usually washed 2-3 times a week, and high clean workshop requires one wash a day. The specific cleaning frequency has a direct relationship with the level it is used.
The definition of cleanliness level is related to air cleanliness class, which refers to air cleanliness Class divided by the maximum concentration of particles greater than or equal to the considered particle size per unit volume of air in clean Spaces. Domestic dust-free workshop is tested and accepted according to empty state, static state and dynamic state, in line with "GB50073-2013 Clean Workshop Design Code" and "GB50591-2010 Clean Room Construction and Acceptance Code". The level of the dust-free workshop is divided into one level, ten level, one hundred level, one thousand level, ten thousand level, one hundred level and one million level. Different levels refer to the fine dust particle index of the dust-free workshop. The higher the level, the higher the corresponding cleanliness.
The following points should be paid attention to when cleaning dust-free workshops of different clean levels:
1, whether it is newly sewn clean work clothes, or through clean work clothes, should be selected first, if found stains, should remove stains and then wash.
2, before washing, it is necessary to check the chafing, damage and buckle and other accessories, and repair, replace or scrap the defective ones.
3. Cleaning, drying and baling must be carried out in a clean room with higher cleanliness than that of the clean room using work clothes.
4, wet, dry cleaning with water to filter, solvent should also be distilled after the use of 0.2μm aperture of the filter membrane, according to the need for more than one filtration.
5, in order to remove water-soluble pollutants, wash with water, and then use the distilled solvent for the final washing, remove oily pollutants.
6. Wet washing water temperature is as follows:
Polyester cloth 60-70℃(Max. 70℃)
Nylon cloth 50-55℃(Max. 60℃)
7. Antistatic agents can be used to improve the antistatic characteristics when rinsing permeable water at the end, but the selected antistatic agents should be well combined with the fiber, without dust shedding.
8. Work clothes with buckles should be washed in the buckled state.
9. Dry in the special clean air circulation system for washing.
After drying, it should be folded in a clean room dedicated to washing and put into a clean polyester bag or nylon bag. According to the requirements, it can be double-packed or vacuum-sealed. The packaging material should be good antistatic material. Since the folding process is the most prone to dust, the folding process must be carried out in a higher level of purification space.
Correct cleaning method is one of the most important links in the management of ESD clothes. Protecting and strengthening the use of ESD clothes is the foundation. The most important thing is to ensure the safety in the production process of electronic precision instruments.
