　　To ensure safety and stability during the National Day holiday and the China International Import Expo, and to reinforce workplace safety, on the afternoon of September 23, 2020, Zhang Ningyong, Secretary of the Pujiang Town Party Committee, led a delegation—including officials from the Safety Supervision Office, the Enterprise Service Center, and the Duxing Police Station—to visit the Qishi Industrial Park for an inspection and to provide guidance. Fang Qizhong, Chairman of Qishi Industrial Park, along with Vice General Managers Zhu Biao and Liu Junwei, accompanied the delegation throughout the visit.

 

 

　　As one of Shanghai’s key enterprises in the fight against the pandemic, Zhang Ningyong, Secretary of the Pujiang Town Party Committee, and his delegation paid a pioneering visit to Jiabailitong. They toured the company’s production facilities, its honors exhibition area, the section highlighting its anti‑epidemic journey, the product showcase, and the demonstration room for the cleanroom’s intelligent personnel management system. Mr. Ke Xin, Chairman of Jiabailitong, presented an overview of the company’s development, the features and applications of its products, its accolades, and its intellectual property portfolio. The leaders expressed their recognition and appreciation for Jiabailitong’s commitment to independent R&D and technological innovation, and voiced strong confidence in the advanced, smart capabilities of its cleanroom personnel management and access‑control systems. Only through continuous innovation and adaptation to the evolving times can a company secure its place in the tide of societal informatization and intelligent transformation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

　　Qishi Park hosted a corporate roundtable, inviting representatives from four companies: Ke Xin, Chairman of Shanghai Jiabailitong Technology Co., Ltd.; Xing Jiajun, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Heke Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; Huang Xiaomin, General Manager of Shanghai Ruizhi Medical Device Co., Ltd.; and Sun Yong, General Manager of Shanghai Junbo Composite Materials Technology Co., Ltd.

　　At the meeting, Zhang Ningyong, Secretary of the Pujiang Town Party Committee, delivered a speech, expressing his approval of the park’s safety‑guarantee efforts after conducting on-site inspections of enterprises’ safe operations and compliance. He emphasized that there are no small matters when it comes to workplace safety—prevention at the earliest stage and meticulous attention to every detail are essential. The park has demonstrated vigorous growth, and the government will continue to provide robust support. Following this, participants exchanged views on the challenges faced by businesses and offered suggestions for improving government services.

 

 

　　Fang Qizhong, Chairman of the Qishi Industrial Park, stated that despite this year’s pandemic, the park’s tax revenues have slightly increased compared with the same period last year, reflecting the robust vitality and growth potential of the enterprises located there. The park has consistently placed a strong emphasis on safety, having established a dedicated team to oversee all safety-related matters. Any areas requiring improvement are promptly addressed to ensure the park’s safe and stable operation.
　　At present, the park has attracted nearly 200 incubator‑affiliated enterprises and innovative small and medium‑sized businesses. Moving forward, we will further refine our investment‑attraction and service frameworks to fully unlock the area’s potential and draw in even more companies. For existing high‑potential firms, we will step up support measures; the four companies represented at this event are all enjoying strong growth, with Jiabai particularly recognized by both the district and municipal governments for its outstanding performance in combating the pandemic.

 

 

　　The participating entrepreneurs each addressed their companies’ current development status, existing obstacles, and future trends. Common challenges included space constraints, tax burdens, and talent shortages. First, as businesses grow rapidly, their current scale can no longer keep pace with expanding needs; there is an urgent need to expand operations and increase production capacity, yet the industrial park currently falls short of meeting these demands. Second, to further ease the burden on enterprises and boost their competitiveness, stakeholders hope for tax reductions, allowing the saved funds to be redirected toward R&D and production. Third, how to attract and retain top talent. A company’s growth prospects, its operating environment, and the quality of surrounding infrastructure all constitute key factors in drawing and retaining skilled professionals.

　　Mr. Ke Xin, Chairman of Jiabaitong, expressed his gratitude to the delegation from the Pujiang Town Party Committee for visiting the industrial park and conducting an inspection at Jiabaitong. In light of this year’s epidemic‑control efforts, he thanked the government for its trust and support. Jiabaitong’s vision is to be a socially responsible enterprise that creates more employment opportunities, gives back to society, and fulfills its own corporate value. He hopes the government will continue to pay close attention to Jiabaitong and provide even greater support.

 

 

　　At the conclusion of the meeting, Fang Qizhong, Chairman of Qishi Park, and Zhang Ningyong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Pujiang Town, both expressed their hopes for the town’s development, urging the local government to implement sound planning, make full use of existing resources to play a pivotal role, foster a favorable business environment, strengthen support for enterprises, establish platforms to attract investment, and, at the same time, unlock the potential of existing companies. They emphasized the importance of pursuing a path of innovation-driven development to lead the growth and upgrading of emerging industries.
